Before the first set of a tough super-set, my brain sometimes tells me that “I simply just don’t want to do this at all. I should just stop & walk away right now.”
After the first set, I know that’s bullsh*t.
Before the second set of a tough super-set, my brain sometimes tells me that “I might not be able to finish this whole super-set, it’s really tough.”
After the second set, I know that’s bullsh*t too.
