Winter Strong

And now it’s cold.

Just another reason for everyone else not to train.

But not you. You’re not like everyone else.

The winter is an extra reason for you to train even harder.

The fact that they stop going to the gym or running outside means that you have more space and freedom to work on you without them getting in your way.

Let them stay home and watch TV. That’s not for you.

The winter is your time to separate yourself from the pack, and become as strong as you can possibly be.
