I sometimes tell my story and talk about how I transformed my own health.
While most of my posts are about food and exercise, you may not know this (unless you’re a longtime reader) but, it wasn’t changing the foods I ate that started me down my current path of health.
No, it was ‘Love’.
‘Love’, along with ‘Calm’, ‘Nutrition’, and ‘Strength’, that make up the four key pillars of good health, encompasses a lot.
It includes spirituality, self-love, being able to love others, and emotions.
If those are a mess, it doesn’t really matter how many smoothies you drink.
Take care of yourself emotionally, and great things will be able to flow from that in all other areas.
