Noticing Life

A lot of people (myself included) have spent a lot of time pondering, searching, and testing for the answers to questions such as ‘where does life come from?’

That’s why it’s funny, almost hysterical when you think about it, that the ‘answer’ is almost always right in front of your nose.

If you spend a little time meditating, and focusing on your breath, for example, you’ll start to examine your breath. You’ll begin to realize that your breath is what gives life. The constant marriage of opposites (inhalation & exhalation) is exactly what keeps you going.

And it’s been right there with you every step of the way, from the moment you were born. It never goes away until you die.

It is a doorway to directly experience the miracle of life, yet we forget about it all the time.

There are many other ways to directly experience the miracle of life, none of which include searching for the ‘answers’ inside of your head, or on any screen.

Just don’t let life pass you by without noticing.
