What Do You Train For?

With regards to fitness, what is your dream, goal, or objective?

Why do you want to exercise? Why do you go to the gym?

It’s got to be specific, because where you want to end up directly informs what you should be doing.

If you’re training for a sport, the program will be a lot different than if you just want a good set of abs for the beach, or if you’re looking to regain full mobility.

Just about any dream can be accomplished with proper guidance.

What doesn’t accomplish much, if anything at all, is wandering in and out of the gym several times a week without a clear direction.
