The Value of Stillness

If you practice sitting still, being quiet, and really listening to your body (and the universe that it is a participant in), something amazing begins to happen.

You start to develop a keen ability to find the answers to the toughest questions, to the ones that stifle your own growth.

If I told you to meditate for ten minutes every day, you wouldn’t be that likely to act on it just because I said so.

But if I asked you “Do you want to know how to fix what’s wrong with your life, and how to clear up whatever is blocking you from achieving your dreams?”, you would probably say “Yes! Please, teach me how!”
