There’s a certain amount of mental hygiene that you must do every day.
It won’t be in the same format or quantity as me, or the person next to you, but it must be done.
Your mind is your body. They are one and the same thing.
You may already be investing many, many hours into training your body and fueling it with good, organic food.
To ignore what might just be a few minutes of quiet, inward work would be foolish, and it can even lead to injury or illness.
