Good Food Sense

The more visually appealing packaged ‘food’ appears, the higher your suspicions should rise.

Of course, I put the word ‘food’ in quotes, because we’re fighting a war against not-food.

Your number one defense against this deceitful trap is to ignore what your senses are telling you, and go straight to reading the ingredients.

You may be surprised. After awhile, you can fine tune your senses to be able to identify imposters before temptation hits.
