Every single thing that you put into your body matters.
Every cup of coffee, every glass of wine.
Every piece of candy, every potato chip.
Every second (or third) bowl of pasta, every portion of french fries.
Your body has to do something with it. It doesn’t just disappear.
It will use what it can for fuel. It will eliminate as much waste and toxic substance as it can.
But if your goal is to have more energy and lose weight, then you need to understand that it is the ingredients of the food you eat that that are the key.
