Judging Food

Remember when they told you in elementary school ‘never to judge a book by its cover?’

One of the very confusing aspects about food today is that things that are not food are made to look like they are real food.

But you can train yourself never to be fooled again by these tricks.

Things that are not food should be put into your body as rarely as possible.

Things that are real food are safe for consumption.

Remember that no matter what the store looks like, no matter what the buzzwords on the package are, no matter if there’s a picture of the founder and a message about his family on the wall, no matter what the name of the product is, nothing can ever deceive you when you read the ingredients.

The ingredients are the only way I judge what I’m going to put in my mouth.
