Being Unprepared

I prepare for everything, including being totally unprepared.

Tomorrow, my biggest customer could decide to stop buying from me.

Or a loved one might get sick.

Or there might not be any food available that fits my diet.

Or I might get injured unexpectedly.

Or all four things might happen.

I’m prepared to adjust and hustle, devote more time and love, fast, and rehab … whatever is necessary to recover and course correct.

I hope and live for the best, but I also recommend being ready for the worst at any time, because the internal stuff is the only stuff that’s actually within your control.
