Make two lists.
On the first, write down all of your positive traits. Your superpowers. The things about your personality that benefit you, that help you accomplish goals, and achieve success.
On the second, write down all of your negative traits. The things that you do, or the things that prevent you from getting where you want to be.
This has to be written or typed out. It doesn’t work in your head.
When you’re done, sit back and take a look.
Are you leaning towards the positive list? Do you put yourself into situations where you can use those powers more often?
What are you doing to reduce the influence of the negative list? Do you ask for help in those areas? Are you working on them? Can you avoid them in certain situations?
Being aware of what you’re good, and not good at, is a big deal.
