The Shopping Center Parking Lot

The shopping center parking lot, like everything else, is on a spectrum.

It can be a source of mild stress; a place that you don’t really like going, but do anyway.

It can be a the reason your day, or even your week, is completely ruined when you spend your energy honking and arguing at ‘that idiot’.

It can be neutral.

It can also be an opportunity to practice mindfulness and awareness, and to get in extra exercise by purposefully parking as far away from the door as possible.

Of course, the shopping center parking lot is actually none of those things.

Those are only what you choose to make of it.
