Connect Your Dots

There are many individual things I can teach you about food, exercise, self-love, meditation & relaxation, goal-setting, and so forth.

However, it isn’t any one of those things in particular that will make you healthier.

Yes, sometimes it can be one thing that sets off a chain reaction in other areas.

What really makes you healthier is the way that you put all of those things together.

All aspects of your health are interrelated, in a web that’s far more complex that we often realize.

Think if it as connecting the dots, rather than just poking at one or two of them.
