Following up on yesterday’s post, the first pathway towards increased energy is to improve the quality of the food you eat.
Obviously I’ve written many posts about this before, but we cannot overlook the fact that food is your fuel.
If you put junk in the tank, the car’s not going to run well. (Or at all.)
After removing as many highly processed foods as possible, look for higher quality protein & vegetable sources next.
There are other pathways towards increased energy, and, when combined, they will lead you where you want to go.
But it starts with food.
