When you’re training, don’t confuse intensity for speed.
You can go as fast as you can at something that’s not very intense.
On the other hand, you can do something that’s very intense, slowly.
Typically speaking, you’ll get much more out of your training when you focus on form & intensity.
Going fast for the sake of going fast might just be going nowhere.
Here’s a specific example: try a really slow push up or pull up and see how intense that it.
