It’s important to become as strong as you can possibly be.
Strength is one of the four key pillars of health that I talk about (Strength, Nutrition, Love, & Calm).
Primarily, when I talk to you about Strength, I do mean physical strength.
So you can search lots of posts about squatting and pull-ups and other various aspects of strength training under this category.
When it comes to physical strength, the phrase ‘as strong as you can possibly be’ should not be overlooked.
Even though I may be running up and down my block dragging a tire sled, your body may not be up for that, and that’s OK.
There is always someone more or less physically capable than you. It’s not a competition against them.
It’s a competition against yourself.
What are you capable of?
