Writing down exactly what you are going to do when you wake up in the morning the night before is one of the most powerful things you can do.

It’s far more powerful than simply thinking about it.

I haven’t done any scientific studies, but I have tried it on myself.

It works.

When you write it down, you bring it to life. You make it real. You manifest it.

You eliminate thinking, confusion, and having to remember what it is that you wanted to do. You allow yourself to jump straight into action.
