Eating a diet full of processed foods is unfair.
It’s unfair to anyone around you who’s trying to help you get healthier, such as your family, physicians, or friends.
But most of all it’s unfair to yourself.
Your body has an amazing capacity to heal itself and thrive, if given the proper ingredients.
The more junk you put into your body, the more you reduce that capacity, and, over time, your capacity to perform well in, and enjoy, other areas of life.
There are so many other things in life that you cannot control.
Why not add the kinds of food that you eat to the list of things that you can?
You might find that it’s more powerful than you ever thought it was.
