Your Body Knows.

Sure, I’ve read tons of books, went to nutrition school, and practice Health Coaching.

But your body knows more than I do.

It intuitively knows what it needs and what makes it feel good.

You may not have the same words to say it as I do.

You may not have as much practice listening to it as I do.

But no matter what, there is never anything I can tell you that overrides what your body can.

If you’re not sure about how to listen to your body, then, that’s where I can help.

Start with a few basic concepts:

  • You’ll need to trust it, not ignore it.
  • You’ll need to be quiet to be able to hear it.
  • You’ll need to write things down, because you won’t always remember.
