While it’s true that there are basic principles that work well across the board, when it comes down to specific habits, what works for me may not for you at all.
That’s where a lot of diets books fail. They work well for a group of people, but not for everyone.
So you end up hearing that the celery juice protocol worked miracles on thousands, but, it does nothing for you. Plus, you don’t even like the taste of celery.
Or you lose some weight following the Whole30 diet plan initially, but, it’s very hard to sustain long-term.
Learning to see what isn’t working for you is a skill.
Most likely, it’s not the diet.
It’s more likely some specific integration of it, or of your behavior, that needs to be changed.
