Everyday, I give you advice about your health.

Don’t just take my word for it.

I try to only write about what I know works. But I don’t know everything.

I am constantly learning. Sometimes, my opinions change.

It’s more important for you to find out what works for you, and to question what I (and others) tell you.

You might have to do a little bit of hard work.

But then, you will truly be on your path to wellness.
