If you’re reading this blog, there’s a 98% chance that you eat too much food.
You also probably work too much and play too little.
These are conditions of the environment and culture we have created.
But it’s also true that you can reshape them.
Let’s stick with food for this example.
Your life, most likely, heavily revolves around food. I know mine does.
Everything is about the next meal, and, possibly not eating enough, or eating more to get bigger, or some other emotional reason to eat.
But the truth is that you’re not going to starve if you eat a little less, or skip a meal.
You have enough basic comforts, and your basic survival needs are satisfied.
You can choose to focus more energy on things like family time, creativity, or career advancement.
You’re already good to go with food.
