I wrote to you the other day about how important meditation is with regards to keeping a clear mind.
It is also important with regard to keeping a clear connection with your body.
You see, what you eat has a direct effect on how you feel.
The more that you are able to pay attention to physical sensations, the better you’ll notice what foods do to you.
Whether it’s caffeine sensitivity, hunger and satiety levels, gut irritation, sugar content, energy boost and drains, all of the above or anything else, your body, when your mind is clear and able to listen, is a highly sensitive tuning fork that will reveal exactly what works, and doesn’t for you.
Practice listening, and, you’ll see.
You might even find yourself throwing out some foods that just don’t make sense in your pantry anymore.
