Don’t Ignore Your Mind

Once, I was so frustrated with a customer’s request, I slammed down the phone after a call, and started cursing about the situation loudly.

Except, the phone wasn’t really hung up.

That customer never bought anything from us again.

I used to curse and get frustrated at work a lot, particularly in my late 20’s & early 30’s.

Over time, I learned to settle down, to handle things with grace.

I began practicing meditation and evolving myself.

But old negative habits don’t fully disappear.

Whatever your old habits, when you build up new ones, you’ve got to keep working to maintain them daily.

The practice of daily meditation, for example, cannot be ignored for too long without allowing negativity to creep in.

You take good care of your body and your belly.

Don’t ignore exercises for your mind.
