Preparing Your Mind & Body

I always find myself the most exhausted after emotional efforts, not physical ones. And I put myself through some pretty taxing workouts.

Hard training sessions simply don’t drain me as much as fights, debates, or confrontations with loved ones or coworkers.

The quality of the food you put into your body directly impacts your energy levels, among other things.

It takes a lot of energy to fight for your dreams, to stand up for your values, and to make progress through difficult relationships.

If you’re going to do that hard, necessary, emotional work, prepare your mind by preparing your body.
