Here’s something that you can do today, no matter what.
No matter how much work you have to do. No matter how many of your team are out sick. No matter what deadlines you’re facing.
No matter what family drama you have going on. No matter who’s in the hospital, who’s having a baby, or who’s not speaking to each other.
No matter how sick you are, how little energy or time you have.
You can drink a little bit more water.

Try having one or two more glasses of water than usual today, randomly.
You might find that to be a nice, cool respite in the middle of your fires.
