Since you’re probably shopping today, let’s clarify the carb thing a little bit.
Certain kinds of carbs are better to eat than others, and should be chosen as often as possible.
For example: colorful leafy vegetables, whole grains & beans (sprouted or soaked a plus), sweet potatoes.
Other kinds of carbs are less desirable, as they have less fiber or nutritional value.
For example: instant oats, white rice, granola bars, dried fruit.
And finally, other kinds of carbs should be avoided if possible, or, at least eaten as little as possible.
For example: cereals, french fries, donuts, and cakes.
So there you have it. Three tiers for shopping success 🙂
