Don’t Forget to Squat.

I haven’t written to you about squatting in awhile. But rest assured, I’ve been squatting. Have you?

If you’re looking to get strong and build muscle, the squat reigns supreme over all other exercises.

If I could only do one exercise for the rest of my life, it would be to squat.

Of course, that’s hypothetical and I do many other kinds of exercises.

But, not only does the squat build strength like nothing else, as well as stimulate the central nervous system, it also builds determination.

You get your a** under the bar, you test your limits, and you don’t give up until you’ve succeeded.

Ladies: don’t be afraid of squatting heavy periodically. It’s not going to turn you into a bodybuilder. But it will help you grow power, speed, strength, and confidence.
