I met a guy the other day who was looking to lose some weight, and didn’t really know where to start.
But, unlike most people I encounter, this person had not yet tried or read about any diets.
I was greatly relieved! This was a huge opportunity for him to get some good guidance before hitting some potential roadblocks.
I explained how, while some diets works for some people, they’re often hard to sustain, and, how no one diet works for all people.
The main thing I recommended to him to eat more food, not less.
More of the right foods, that is.
It’s much easier to walk around the supermarket with a list of foods you can buy, versus a list of foods you can’t.
