Saturday is a great day to Love yourself.
It’s probably not as busy as your average weekday, when you don’t have as many opportunities to slow down, get to the gym, cook, get a massage, read a book, call an old fried … or, perhaps, even all of those things.
But on Saturday, you can.
And you should, because when you Love yourself, all other aspects of good health & healing flow from there.
