We all have our addictions. I’m not even asking you to ‘quit’ them.
If you think that you can’t go a day without it, you’re probably wrong. You’ll survive.
It might be rough, at first.
But regular, periodic breaks allow you to prove to yourself that you are in control.
Consider giving it a try, even if it’s only once a year.
