When you walk into a Whole Foods and see this …
… it makes you pause for a minute.
I’ve taken my kids to Dylan’s several times. I’m not a food grinch. I have plenty of junk food in my house. I, personally, may not eat it, but I don’t ban it.
But it is confusing enough for you to go and figure out which foods are actually real foods these days, and obstacles like this don’t make it any easier. They just blur the lines.
So, I’ll repeat something that I say often:
That rule will never fail you. No matter where you shop, no matter what the item is, if you know what it’s made of, then, you have the power to beat any marketing, packaging, or store placement they can throw at you.
