Don’t try to reinvent the wheel today.
If you’ve got an area of your life that’s only satisfying you as a 5 out of 10, it’s not going to become a 10 today. It doesn’t work that way.
But, what you can do to make it a 6?
Let’s say you’re only getting to the gym 2 times per week, for example.
It might be really hard for you to make it that third time. You have other things to do.
But you could park your car a half mile away from the front door of your office, and arrive 10 minutes earlier than usual.
Bam. That’s 1 extra mile walk, every day.
It’s getting nice out too.
That might even bump you up past a 6, with very little effort or change to your schedule.
Look for ways to improve that may not be obvious, but, are within easy reach.
