Wednesday is a good day to make a list.
Not of what’s left to be done this week. Not of things you want, or would like to do.
Of 10 things that you already have, right now, that you’re thankful for.
If you’ve never actually written down 10 things that you’re thankful for, give it a try.
It’s easy. Once you start, you’ll see that it starts to flow, and, you actually have a lot more than 10.
This is a helpful practice any time, but, especially in times of worry, anxiety, or stress.
You have a lot. You may have a lot more going for you than you choose to see most days.
I can see it. You can too, if you stop to look.
