There are individual examples of people who drink alcohol, smoke cigarettes regularly, and live to be over 100 years old.
Does that mean that because some examples exist, that those are habits you should try, or, that I should recommend as a Health Coach?
Of course not.
On the other hand, there are studies of groups of people who live in different areas around the world, who share similar habits, and live to be over 100 years old.
Those are entire communities of people who do simple things to live long, healthy lives.
Following the example of what works for others is great.
Just be sure you pick the right examples.
