It is the diet that once gave me six-pack abs.
It is far better than the Standard American Diet.
It is often tried while doing CrossFit, so, eating well while exercising regularly is a great combination.
It is still a diet, which presents a problem.
It is hard to maintain, which may not be worth the trade-off.
It is a diet that removes all processed foods & refined sugars, which is amazing.
At the end of the day, it is a very good place to start, simply because of the principles.
Just don’t be too dogmatic about it if you want to try it. I do not do the Paleo diet anymore because I know that I’m not going to hell if I eat a little bit of rice.
