Your Daily Rewards

When it comes to my health, I do a lot of things well, but, by no means am I done making changes.

In fact, every single day is a new day for me, as I am constantly assessing what works, and what does not. Every day includes something that does not work well.

Every day.

No matter who you look up to as a role model in the health & wellness sector, whether it’s Arnold Schwarzenegger, Kim Kardashian, or Paul Chek, you can be sure that they struggle with something daily as well.

They might have a great system in place for minimizing those struggles, but they have struggles.

There is no finish line; there is no podium; there is no day on which you will wake up and have achieved a certificate of ‘ultimate health’.

So, where does that leave you?

First, everything you need is inside of you. You are already as perfect as you perceive anyone else to be.

Second, the reward is the journey. Your journey towards your best self includes a lot of hard work and failure along the way, but – and this becomes more apparent with each step that you take – the more you push forward on this journey, the more satisfying that it is.
