You are dying, but, you’re not starving to death.
If you’re like most people, you’ve got that backwards in your head.
You are definitely dying, right now, as you sit and read this. So you be mindful about how you spend your time, and who you spend it with.
You are definitely not starting to death if you are reading my blog. This means that you do not have to rush to finish your food.
Even if you only have a few minutes for one, or all, of your meals today, which way will you enjoy your eight-minute breakfast more:
If you shove in the whole thing? Or, if you slowly chew every bite, tasting, enjoying, and appreciating each bite deeply?
