One of my mentors says that “Discipline = Freedom.”
If you’re disciplined enough during the week, you have earned some freedom with what you eat over the weekend.
That’s not a license to ‘free for all’, of course; it’s a scale in balance.
Too much freedom will outweigh the discipline.
But, it’s nice to know that there is a path to not feeling bad or guilty about enjoying a cookie or two.
