One Journey

When I think about different aspects of my health, the keys to living a life full of vitality, I think about how to keep them more connected. They are not in little boxes.

To recap, those keys are:

  1. Nutrition
  2. Exercise
  3. Vitality
  4. Spirituality
  5. Work
  6. Relationships
  7. Home

You can work on any key area at a time, in order to improve the whole. But none of them is more, or less, important than any other.

Any one of them could be the key to unlocking the rest for you, but none of them is necessarily the key for everyone.

Ultimately they must all work together, and stay in balance. If you can squat 1,000 LBS or earn $1,000,000 per year, what good are those things if you never see your children?

The more you attempt to separate things, the more your health will suffer.

The more you pay attention to them as integral parts of your one journey, the farther you will go.
