Which dietary change should you try today: the one that you’re ready for, or, the one that you’re not ready for?
I written on this blog many times that ‘change isn’t easy’. That is simply not true if you pick the easy change.
One of the reasons that diets don’t stick, for example, is because they are hard to stick to.
You might not be the kind of person who likes to ‘go all-in’ on things, and, that’s OK. A 30-day challenge, or, sweeping dietary meal plan is probably too much for you.
Instead, look for the change that flows naturally from within you.
The thing that you want to do, and that you know will feel good for you.
