Which areas of your life are the one or two that drive success in all the others?
For me, it’s the gym and the kitchen.
When I train well, I’m driven to eat well, and vice-versa.
I feel compelled to ‘kill it’ in the kitchen because I need to feed my body well.
But then this cascades into other areas, such as: stress, career, creativity, and even social relationships.
If I’ve been training and eating well, I sleep well. I’m driven to deliver better projects at work. To write better blog posts. To meditate deeper. To pay more attention to the people that I love.
For you, it might be one of the others that feeds the rest.
Whichever that is, feed it more. Because they are all connected.
Get your life moving forward in the areas that bring you joy first. Do not ignore those.
Then, it will spill over into the rest.
