It’s possible to get stronger and faster every year as you get older.

I don’t normally post my workout numbers up, but, I want you to know that I have every intention of improving those numbers in my forties.
Whatever your goals are, if you’re clear about them at the beginning of the work, you’re much more likely to achieve them when it’s time to measure.
I already gave myself my birthday present. I gave myself a whole year of hard work in the gym, which is what got me here today.
