If you never try anything new, then, nothing new will ever happen.
So, it’s not the case that you can’t lose weight; it’s simply that you haven’t tried the right thing – that works for you – yet.
Now, just because you read it in a book, doesn’t mean it doesn’t work. In fact, if it’s in a book, it most likely does work, for many, many people.
You might just not be one of those people.
Does that mean you should try ‘the next’ diet book? Maybe.
But that isn’t always very different from the one before.
Perhaps, instead of a diet, you need a ‘non-diet’. You just need to play around with your food a bit, and not be so rigid about it.
