Change isn’t easy because it’s hard.
It’s not supposed to be easy. If it was, everyone would do it.
But change doesn’t have to be big, huge, sweeping change. In fact, most of the time, it shouldn’t.
Start with small, simple, reachable changes that you can manage at first.
Example: if you eat a crappy breakfast, don’t go for a five-star breakfast today. Try just a slight upgrade at first; swap out that muffin for a piece of fruit. Don’t start cooking from scratch on day one.
You’ll see that big results come from lots of little wins.
