Holiday Training Weeks

This week, your ability to manage time will be challenged.

It’s the official start of the holiday season, which means altered schedules both at work and home. It means people in from out of town. It means days off for fun, and days to catch up with work when fun is done. It means a far less than regular sleep, eating, and exercise schedule.

In short, everything is shuffled and out of balance.

Guard your time. Be extra rigorous about it. Plan ahead.

Get your workouts on your calendar wherever they fit, in advance. Sneak them in at random times. Do burpees before you shower in your bedroom if you can’t get to the gym.

It’s easier to relax on Thursday when you know your training is covered already.
