Nutrition Is Confusing

It’s pretty confusing out there, if you pay attention to what everyone is saying.

Paleo, low carb, plant-based, Vegan, omnivore, keto, intermittent fasting …

… breatharian, lacto-ovo-vegetarian, dairy-free, gluten-free, casein-free …

… I could go on.

What’s not confusing is simple experimentation on yourself.

Try some things, and see if they work, or not.

You can always trust what your body says.
