I’ve been asked this a few different ways.
‘I go to the gym, but, isn’t diet 70% of what’s important?’
Look, I understand that if you assign a number to it, that it helps you to gauge how important your diet is, as compared to how much you exercise.
But my answer is ‘no’.
There is no number, no set percentage that I can tell you.
Firstly, there are other factors to your health, and to what brings the results you see (or don’t see). What about rest, recovery, and stress? Just to name one.
What I will tell you is this:
If you’re looking for as close to 100% results as possible, you’ve got to put as much effort into the kitchen as you do in the gym.
