I get asked this question a lot. It’s a good one.
It’s not by accident; I work at it every day.
There are a lot of foods that boost your energy.
There are a lot of ‘not foods’ that drain your energy.
However, it’s not just about food. Other things, like rest, exercise, career, and relationships impact your energy as well.
It may be a bit dorky to go to sleep at 9 PM, but I don’t care. I like to get up at 4:30 AM, write blog posts, and, workout. By the time I get to work, I am on fire.
Here’s the thing: right now, you have exactly the same amount of potential energy as I do. I do not possess a ‘secret briefcase’ full of vitality. Yours may just be ‘untapped’.
I wasn’t always so full of energy. In fact, there was a time that I was quite the opposite. Just ask anyone who went to college with me.
